A TOTAL SANCTION OF MAN O WAR
PERSONNEL FUTO
With utmost humility, the Judiciary Council
writes to bring to your distinguished notice,
the that occurred during the
cause of Hostel C Award/Beauty pageantry
on 15th July, 2016 at 500 Cap building
FUTO.

We therefore request for the total Call for
sanction of Man-O-war personnel FUTO as it
is clear that they are unable to discharge the
primary duties of safe guiding the least
Nigerian student and the inability to control
their subordinates due to gross negligence on
his part.
Furthermore, the culprits and the
mascooperation of this barbaric act be
brought to BOOK.
In same vain, the judiciary, FUTO SUG at this
point request for the ACT that established
the operation at Man-O-War at the first
instance.
As the citadel of Justice, equity and fairness,
we request for this because every security
outfit in Nigeria has an Act that established,
regulates and limits its power.
The culprits are to also produce a lost
mobile set belonging to the Chief Judge
during this unlawful altercation.
In addendum to the life threats made to the
Chief Judge and his entourage, we demand
for an immediate undertaken to be signed by
the Man-O-War FUTO to ensure the safety of
the Chief Judge and the entire Judicial
Council because Fiat Justicia Luat Coalum
(Justice must prevail even if heavens falls).
