Letter From JAMB To VCs, Rectors, Provosts

A letter from the Joint Admission And Matriculation Board JAMB to VCs, Rectors, Provosts of tertiary institution over the withdrawal of the admission consideration lists has been made public by JAMB. The contents of the letter are captured below;  RE: Conflicting Guidelines on 2016 Admissions Dear VCs, Rectors, Provosts, This is to bring to the notice of all Chief Executives of the Nigerian Tertiary Institutions that JAMB has withdrawn the second lists of candidates sent to your various institutions for screening. The lists have been withdrawn from JAMB website for candidates’ view. You are to conduct the admission screening process and comply with the benchmark as well as distribution criterion set according to the Federal Government directives. The Board regrets any inconveniences the lists have caused the tertiary institutions. Facts You Need To Know About Prof Is-haq Oloyede, The New JAMB Boss

Prof. Is-haq Oloyede, the new Registrar of the Joint Admissions And Matriculation Board was born on October, 1954 and hails from Abeokuta South Local Government Area of Ogun State. His Secondary Education was at Progressive Institute, Agege Lagos from 1969-1973 and Arabic Training Centre Agege, Lagos, (Markaz) from 1973-1976. He proceeded to University of Ilorin for his tertiary education where he obtained B.A. Arabic (First Class Hons) in 1981 and was afterwards appointed an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Religions of the University. He equally obtained his Doctorate degree in Islamic Studies in 1991 from University of Ilorin and rose to the rank of a professor in 1995. All Futo year one student test and exam is going to be CBT

According to the news reaching us at insidefuto blog today has it that all the remaining test that the year one students will be writing is going to be CBT also all exams will be CBT. Aside from the Physics test which was written last week every other test is going to be CBT. However the decision might be changed later because there are oppositions to the decision but as at now the decision still stands. it is certained that the exam will be CBT so we advice students to start reading. The main aim of writing a CBT test is to disclaim every form of malpractice. We encourage every students to prepare very well for the upcoming test and exam. Best of luck.
