*BREAKING NEWS* About 35 phones got missing in Sops theatre today after students writing GPH301 handed their phones over to a security man(green man) who also took part in the invigilation with the hope of getting back their phones at the end of the exam. A student reported: 'after the exam, we couldn't find the green man anywhere. We had to wait nearby till we saw some other green men that also took part in the invigilation. After talking with one of them. He said we should go and report at SAAT. On getting to SAAT, they directed us to get the green man that directed us here as soon as possible. A leader of a notorious cult group in Okpanam community, near Asaba Delta State identified as Frank Okie has allegedly killed a member of his group in error. It was gathered that the suspect hails from Umuomahe clan while the deceased (name withheld) was from Umuobodo, Okpanam community. But the Police Image Maker in the State, DSP Andrew Aniamaka, who confirmed the incident, disclosed that both parents of the suspect, and the deceased were cultists who had been involved in notorious cult related activities in the recent times, adding the victim was beaten mercilessly to death. At least four persons were on Wednesday killed and seven others injured after a pole fell on a stationary commercial bus in Lagos. The incident occurred at about 8:00 a.m. at Ilasa, along the Oshodi-Apapa Expressway. Among the deceased was one Odejayi Adebola, who is said to be in his 30s. The Nation gathered that a truck heading towards Oshodi and on top speed developed mechanical faults and rammed into the pole. Consequently, the pole fell on the commercial bus and killed four people on the spot. An eyewitness, Eze Adiguo, said at least 20 persons were injured and eight escaped unhurt. He said: “The accident occurred at about 8:00 a.m. A bus parked off the road and was loading passengers. Suddenly, a tipper on high speed coming from Cele axis just rammed into a signpost. A disagreement over a family land resulted in a physical battle between two siblings which led to one stabbing the other on the neck before their neighbours intervened to prevent further harm or possible death.
