The PDF template is a 2 page document that contains all the information that will be required of you to fill, before going to the Accredited CBT Centre to register. Please ensure you download and print the 2 pages.

Please ensure you are able to correctly fill all the information in this document before proceeding to register.

You can even attach a passport on the form using gum. Avoid using a stapler to prevent damaging the passport face.

Feel free to print this document and fill, with the help of your Parents/Guardians, elder siblings or teachers/lecturers, or anybody that can help you correctly fill the entire form.

Please note that this is only a TEMPLATE designed by www.myschool.com.ng, to help candidates consult with their parents/guardians at home, and appropriately fill the online registration form at accredited CBT centres.

Registration for the 2017 UTME begins when the portal opens as from 20th March, 2017 and will last until Wednesday 19th April 2017 while registration closes on Saturday 22nd April 2017. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU MUST ALL REGISTER ON 20th March (the wise ones won't). You can study this template and ensure you have properly filled every section of the form before proceeding to register.

Registration is done online and you will be personally attended to by CBT centres. Each Candidate is to collect his e-slip at the end of registration as evidence of registration. DO NOT DROP THE TEMPLATE AT THE CBT CENTRE, ASSUMING YOU HAVE BEEN REGISTERED.

Written and edited by mhizta fredguru As announced by JAMB earlier, registration for 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) can only be possible for candidates that have registered and obtained their NINs. This implies that any candidate that has not registered for NIN will not be allowed to register for UTME.
